Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where do you deliver to and what are your delivery fees?
A: Our Flower Club is only available with complimentary delivery to members living in Bowling Green/Warren County or any location within a 15 mile radius of our shop on Lovers Lane. Flower Club members who live 16-30 miles will be charged an additional $10 per delivery.
Q: When will my flowers be delivered? What if I am not at home/office?
A: Your arrangements will be delivered between on the day of the week of your choice! If you’re not home, we will leave your flowers at your doorstep, weather permitting. Please do let us know, however, if you’d prefer that we don’t leave them unless you’re home.
Q: What will my flowers look like?
A: Each week will be different and will feature seasonal flowers. Arrangements are our “deluxe” signature style, as described on our site.
Q: How do I change/cancel my subscription?
A: Email us at info@mackenziesflowers.com if you would like to pause your membership or skip a week, we are happy to accommodate!
Q: When does my subscription begin?
A: Your subscription will begin +/- one week after you subscribe, on a Wednesday.
Q: How do payments work? Do you accept credit/check/cash?
A: Your credit card will be charged automatically, on the same schedule as your deliveries. Please contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to all towns within a 15 mile radius of MacKenzie’s.
Q: When will they be delivered?
A: Your arrangements will be delivered by 4pm on your chosen dates. We will tell you in advance what time-frame we hope to arrive and arrange accordingly.
Q: What does an arrangement look like?
A: Each one will be different! Arrangements will be designed by the MacKenzie’s team and will feature seasonal flowers. Arrangements will be our “grand deluxe” signature style and will be delivered in one of our high quality vases or pots. We welcome your special requests or preferences!
Q: When does my subscription begin?
A: Your subscription will begin upon sign-up and you will receive your first delivery on your chosen date.
Q: When Do I Pay?
A: You will be charged a one-time fee of $225 upon sign-up. No more payments after that!
